I've lived here for several months now with no complaints!
I have lived here for over four years and love living here. Kate, the manager, and her team are excellent at what they do. Each phase has a pool and a workout room. The grounds are well taken care of, lots of parking, and even garages. I especially enjoy the office nook and kitchen island in my Eagle floor plan. Washer and dryer hookups make it easy to do laundry at home in my own washer and dryer. This location has great views and is close to every day needs. Accommodating, clean and caring. The atmosphere of those that work here is one of a long astablished supporting community. Not home away from home, just home.
We have been living at The Preserve at Rock Spring for the past four months and have truly enjoyed our experience. The community is warm and welcoming, and the residents are friendly. The property is safe and secure, with plenty of parking available. The surroundings are clean, and the apartments are spacious, modern, and well-maintained.
