Would never rent an apartment at The Preserve again!!
Very minimal communication, and then I was hit with a 2k bill even though I had left well before the date they had on the last invoice. I actually left before the end of the previous month. This should have been seamless, but due to the lack of communication from them we have an ongoing issue now which needs to be resolved immediately so it won't affect my credit in anyway. I tried doing no stars, but I couldn't post this without at least 1 star.
I have loved living here! It’s very homey and all the appliances that you need and want are there!
I recently moved in and it has been an amazing experience. Kate is extremely helpful and nice and the whole process went extremely smoothly and was very pleasant.
