I’d give this place 0 stars if I could. Living here has been like paying premium rent to participate in a never-ending reality show called “What Will Break Today?” The management’s communication skills deserve their own witness protection program because they disappear whenever you need them. If you’re looking for peace and quiet, keep driving.

I lived here for about two years, and while my experience during the lease was generally fine, the move-out process was extremely disappointing. I provided proper notice and a forwarding address before moving out. I didn’t receive my move-out accounting until months later, after which I immediately disputed the charges. We've lived here for 4 years now, and I must say this has been an overall good experience. The apartments are nice and the maintenance crew is great! The office staff is great as well and are very informative about situations and supportive to your needs. The price is fair for the market and the times we live in today. This place is going strong and is a wonderful place to live.

I moved in this week to Preserve at Rock Springs, and I could not be happier. Kate, Becca, and the leasing team went above and beyond in helping getting me settled in for my stay here, in short order. I am thankful for their efforts, and I would HIGHLY recommend this upscale community if life takes you to Rock Springs, Wyoming. First class all the way!
