The front lady is so rude & disrespectful felt racially discriminated. She told me to get a I94 form to be legal in this country. I came in and asked if they accept tax ID to get an apartment because most apartments do. She made it seem like it was easy to get a Visa (I94) for border protection. She said that in order to get an apartment I had to be legal and be able to work legally getting (I94). Maybe they don't accept it but they are many more that do. Maybe you should stop being ignorant and be more realistic.

The office (Andrew) is not people friendly. If they can put off fixing something, they will. The maintenance will drive right by something instead of picking it up. They will spend time pressure washing the patios but not any time fixing something inside your apartment. It's a place to live but it isn't a place to call home.
This is an amazing property with an amazing staff. Andrew has done a lot of hard work and it really shows.

Had a night mare experience here while trying to move out with staff. Very awful. Will never forget the h*ll I dealt with, with these people!
This place is ABSOLUTELY hands down the WORST place I have ever lived in my life. Everyone at uncw knows not to even think of looking here. Andrew is awful and sassy. He acts as if he's at a school playground when talking to customers and if this comment gets deleted I already hate a screenshot and will post it somewhere else on one of your websites.
