Worst place I have ever lived. I gave it a 1 star for the simple fact it wouldn't allow me to choose 0 stars. I do not recommend moving here ever! Constantly had maintenance issues that took forever to get fixed. Dishwasher was broken for over a year and they never fixed or replaced it. Kevin the head of maintenance has no clue what he is doing or how to even do his job. He's extremely rude, never follows through on service requests. I've lived at the Preserve at Mobbly Bay Apts for over 8 years, have had ongoing Air Conditioning issues almost the whole time, sometimes having to go for up to 5 to 7 days without any air con. This most recent issue, it's not working at all, and was promised it would be fixed 3 days in a row and now just advised it would be 3 more days before they can fix it. DO NOT move to these apts, they may look okay on the outside, but their Air/Heat systems are ALL falling apart and are 20 years old...they just try to band-aid the iss... read more

That place is old and the AC system inside looks terrible. Kitchen doesn't have basic standards like microwave. In the bathroom cheap made bath tub from plastic. That tub it's horrible to clean up. Everyone from the street has access to the swimming pool. There is not any protection. The car wash unit never fixed since years, but there a note instead that place was vandalized and the prize award for any info about it. Everyone from the street can walk to this complex as well.
