The best thing i have to say about this apartment is the cheap price. Other than that defiantly not as good as the website puts it out to be. The unit has many kids running around in which numerous times there were kids peeing outside on the sidewalks along with a rock getting thrown through our patio door. The gated community sounds nice at first but the gates never seem to work and most of the gates are always open. There were people always digging through the trash. If I would have known we would be paying rent for appliances that didn't work. Loud neighbors waking us up all hours of the night. Sinks overflowing when we get home. Roaches in the bathtub. And crappy management along with poor maintenance. Believe me I would have reconsidered reading these comments first. Do not move in here. Save yourself the hassle. If I could thumbs down the place I would.
Looks nice but it's not lived Here since Oct 1 2012 nothing but problems put in 15 work orders for my stove to get replaced they look and say nothing wrong with it people steel lundry out of the washers and dryers the sinks over flow just saw cocroaches in my bathroom I clean everyday should not have them. Office staff is rude. If you don't give your 30 days notice you have to pay 80 dollars extra to to leave cause you didn't give them 30 days. No parking people park in the fire lanes and handicap when they are not handicap ... read more
this is all a joke, right? Not at all a 5 star place in any aspect. Run down, lack of care, any information given by staff is partial, loud neighbors at 3-4AM, constant barking dogs, missing mail packages and poor management. That about sums up my painful experience of The Preserve and hope that no one else has it too! Can't wait to get out of here!
