I was a former Corporate Resident and swapped over to renting the same unit directly from the Preserve. The whole Experience for transition was made very easy by the Staff. I was exceptionally surprised and pleased with the amount of work they did to the place in the 2 weeks I moved out. It looked like a new Townhome when we moved back in. They had fixed all of the structural issues that were starting to show from the years of use, and freshened everything up with Paint and Carpet. I moved into The Reserve at Longpoint with LOTS of assistance from Krista Earnest. She made everything very easy. I really like the neighborhood. It's quiet, close to work, and conveniently located for errands and such. I'm very happy at Longpoint and the price is just right.
Krista Earnest continues to be my absolute favorite property professional! She continues to provide support to myself and other friends who have started renting at Highborne and I just keep sending referrals. Krista is not like any other real estate professional I have ever dealt with...down home and caring, she will do whatever it takes to help. And I APPRECIATE her! These are apartments are a rare find out off of Hwy 56. They are all single story with fenced back yards and very well maintained. They are even building some brand new ones next door. The maintenance man is super attentive and everyone on the property loves him. Great location, especially if you work out at Vogtle.
