It's a nice place to live. If something isn't working management are prompt to respond (the maintenance people are professional and friendly). For an apartment, it's one of the nicer places I've rented. The only real issue the location is far, but maybe that's a feature for you. The cost could be cheaper. Oh and the gates are funky and break every now and then. Parking can be a pain, but that's how it is at any Apartment Complexes that don't assign Spots. But other than that, highly recommend.
Parking is a constant issue. If I get home after 6pm there is no parking close to my building. The excuse is- there’s 3 sets of garages in the parking lot or it’s first come first serve. I thought it was first come first serve for residents with stickers who pay to live here. I counted over 5 vehicles near my building with NO sticker and an expired temporary pass from 1/31/25. We have stayed at Preserve at Hardin Valley (PHV) for a year since 2024 and our stay for a family of two has been luxurious and convenient. Service requests are handled very quickly. Location of the apartment is quite convenient to reach grocery stores, pharmacy, family clinics and restaurants. PHV has beautiful exteriors and is very well maintained. Parking is always an issue. Be prepared to park in the guest lot outside of the apartment complex if you arrive home after 6-7pm.
So far it has been a good experience. It is quiet, the apartments are in excellent condition. So far I have not seen any negative comments. I hope it continues like this
