I have lived at The Preserve at Hardin Valley for just over 7 years and my experience has been wonderful. The grounds are immaculately kept and the maintenance staff has always been friendly, helpful and efficient. The apartments are a generous size with an open floorplan. PROS: MAINTENANCE: I have honestly had only a few maintenance issues during my 7 years here. Each time, maintenance completed the order the same day, usually within a few hours of my call. The Preserve At Hardin Valley is awesome & QuaShaunda is a MAJOR jewel there, she’s sooo helpful & willing to go beyond regular customer service to take care of our needs!!
