LIVED HERE FROM 2022-2026 SO THIS IS A SUPER HONEST REVIEW. I lived in a two bedroom first and then moved into a three bedroom building for my last lease year. The biggest difference is the building type. The one and two bedroom buildings were generally quiet and peaceful. The three bedroom buildings were a completely different experience. Most neighbors were either families with loud kids or college roommates from the nearby school. As a property in town, 3.7 stars is spot on from a rating where 5 stars is lovely fresh apt in nice area with great maintenance and decent tenants. This place is a 3.8, 4.5, 3.2, 3. Long term, there are better places for the money imo. As value = 3 stars. Move in fees are luxury rates, and my monthly payment to community for 3 br is $2500 (no move in deals, short term, 2 cats). For this, I get a decent layout and a nice view of the college with easy access to that walking trail. But the complex isn't providing any luxury. Th... read more
They are so kind! I love the maintenance team Mike and Devin - they have responded the same day I put in a request. They are fast and professional! The apartment complex is well maintained and clean. Love this place.
