The Preserve at Essex Farms is great in so many ways. I was given a tour of the apartments in April of 2019. My initial reaction was that the rent would be out of my price range for what I was shown. I assumed I would have to politely decline to put in an application for due to the upscale look of the complex. I was shocked to find out how affordable rent would be. Review Update: Great company. Gate never works, but that’s just because residents break it. Having said that Patricia in the front office gives great customer service. Original: We will see, 4 stars so far.
Pleasant apartment complex with pleasant staff. Spent almost 2 years here, enjoyed every minute of it. Spacious kitchen, nice bathrooms, and plenty of closet space. Pricing is fair compared with other complexes in the area. Maintenance teams were very fast at responding to issues.
Don’t waste your time. The current staff does not put their residents first. They do not keep you informed of important issues for example recent car break ins. They do have a gate but unfortunately i’ve lived here for two years and the gate has been open more than closed. Part of the rent is a $25 fee for trash pick up and you do not have an option to opt out.
