Unprofessional Huge rent increase with some paint and flowers. Option to get "upgraded kitchen cabinets" that are cheap looking and will double my rent. Property right next to industrial truck yard that's unsightly and loud. Never enough parking! Office staff a joke. Property manager unprofessional and petty. Rodent issues abound.

dont do it If i could give a score lower than 1 star that would still be too many. From the moment I put a deposit down on my apartment there has been nothing but trouble. I the management staff is incompetent with poor communication skills. Only been here a month and i am still fighting with management to get repairs done to my apartment that were not addressed before my disaster of a move-in. Calls and email requests go ignored. Not sure if the staff was not properly trained or just down right do not care about any issues ... read more
