All of the staff are very friendly and attentive and approachable. The care and patience that they provide and show really puts my mind at ease knowing mom is in good and caring hands.
I am so happy my Mom lives in such a caring community at The Preserve. Her apartment is perfect for her and she has everything she needs. The staff is so caring and professional and always available to help in any way. I know my Mom is well cared for, safe and happy.
Enter the building and a positive atmosphere is readily evident throughout The Preserve at Clearwater. Professional yet cheerful, the staff members greet residents and visitors warmly. Their interaction with one another and with the residents is kind and respectful. Residents are involved in activities tailored to their individual needs and desires. They are genuinely happy. Level of care - excellent. Level of caring - unequalled.
My Mom has been very happy and well cared for at the Preserve for more than a year now. We chose this place after looking at several options due to the staff competency and friendliness, the cleanliness of the facility and the attention to detail we observed the staff paying to every patient. We also liked the fact that advanced levels of care are available without having to transfer from one facility to another.
