I have encountered multiple issues during my tenancy that reflect poorly on both management practices and maintenance standards. Most concerning has been the repeated inconsistency with my lease terms. When I initially moved in, I signed a six-month lease, only to later discover it had been changed to a one-year agreement without clear communication.
