I can't speak for anybody else cuz everyone has different opinions. For my wife and I are experiences been really great moved in not too long ago. Megan at the front desk was wonderful helped us through the process role easily! Thanks Megan. Theresa was friendly also. She worked with us on the last bit. Location for us is phenomenal when we need to get to work we just jump on the highway or if we need to go grocery shopping. There's plenty of options businesses, restaurants etc around the area ! Property management is terrible. Maintenance is terrible.
I wanted to share our experience honestly for anyone considering living here. We lived here for one full year and moved out after our lease ended.(located in the third floor) The biggest issues for us was, when we toured the property, we were shown a nice model unit. However, when it was time to move in, the actual unit we were assigned was completely different and was not ready. It still needed cleaning and repairs, and it felt like the situation was rushed. Mi experiencia ha sido muy mala en estos apartamentos, desde un inicio teníamos pactado un primer piso y insistí varias veces en verlo antes de mudarme y me decían que aun no estaba listo cuando llego la fecha de mudarme vaya sorpresa el apartamento no estaba,me dieron un segundo piso, donde todo esta en mal estado, desde los gabinetes de la cocina.
