Julio did a GREAT JOB at the maintenance that I requested and even the requests I personally had that I didn’t request through the leasing office. I am looking forward to having him around because he is so reliable and does fantastic work

We moved in about a month ago and the apartment did not have the washer and dryer in the unit. When it finally arrived, Freddy Gonzalez, the maintenance worker that did the installation was very dedicated. The dryer did not work initially but he was able to get it working. We are very appreciative of the maintenance team here at Preserve at City Center
