What can I say about this lovely abode by the river. It has been home for the past 7 years for us. The location is wonderful and the staff even more so. We have always felt cared for when dealing with the front office, and the maintenance staff have always been punctual, cordial, and professional. The amenities are superb and the residents are delightful. Family friendly, there are many schools and parks close by for the little ones. We are so very grateful to be able to call this home. The maintenance team here is the BEST. They always fulfill the work order swiftly, no matter how big it may be. They always stop to say hi and ask how I am, while my dog obsesses over them. (He will literally scream at them across the parking lot so he can go say hi, he LOVES them.
Older maintenance gentleman that was here when I lived here before has always been knowledgeable and super helpful and has gone the extra mile to help me when he hasn’t had to. Today he helped me with a big package I couldn’t carry on my own which is out of his scope and took time away from what he was doing which he always has made me feel safe and I really appreciate his kindness.
