Very happy with the staff here! They are supportive and extremely helpful, even during stressful storms when there is much to worry about. Thankful to have a caring group of people running the complex! :)
My wife and lived in this apartment for two years. we made a security deposit of $500. During our stay we experienced a lot of maintenance issues. At one point we had to check in to a hotel because our roof was leaking so bad that the mattress was soaked with water. when we contacted the manager the next day he told me because we had a two bed room apartment we can go sleep in the other room. Just wanted to take the time to let you all know how much the staff at this place cares about their community and the tenants here. The power has been out since yesterday. Not only did he ensure the tenants were made aware of this crazy wind storm in advance. I actually witnessed the manager Honesto hand delivering flyers to doors just to update everyone on what he’d heard. Just amazing customer service. And thank heavens the power is now back on!!! �
Very nice place, nice apartments and the maintenance crew is great. Andy is the man!!!
