We submitted a service request. Maintenance responded within three hours! The maintenance supervisor, Jerome came in with a person that he was training. They were respectful, clean, and finished quickly. Very impressed.
I would heavily recommend staying away from this property and probably all Cortland properties after the living experience we had. I will start by saying the staff themselves are nice and this is not a reflection of them as people, but they work for a shady company and represent bad customer service. The community itself is nice and the amenities were enjoyable. The pool and grill areas definitely weren’t cleaned as often as they should’ve been but that seems to be a thing at any complex. I really wouldn’t recommend moving to the third floor. In the summer, it gets unbearably hot—your apartment will stay in the 80s day and night, and the AC will be running nonstop just to keep up. It’s exhausting and frustrating. On top of that, even though it’s supposed to be a non-smoking complex, some neighbors still smoke, and the smell ends up in your apartment. It’s honestly really disappointing when you expect a clean, comfortable space and get the opposite.
Matthew Leal is a great asset for this community! He is very efficient and was able to assist me with my request right away! I’m very happy that we have people like Matthew working at the leasing office who are courteous and understanding! Z so
Really loved touring this place. Super clean and well maintained. Spacious units. It would be dope to snag one of the units facing the park. Leasing was super nice and communicative. They were really patient with me. If you like serenity and being near a park and you don’t mind stairs, this is a great option.
