We thought this property would be great but we have had issues from the start. If you have dogs and tell maintenance that they need to call before coming in, they completely ignore and come in anyway we had this happen twice. We have had handles on our cabinets come right off and mold in the bathroom vent. We have been accused of having of things in our patio And told we were gonna have at lease violation implemented on us if we didn't move what they supposedly saw and when we went to the office to talk about we were met wit... read more
Every day I regret not renting here. Every day I think of this place. :( Staff was so nice and the residents were so chill and kind. The units looked great. It was just a little far from my job and I believed there was someone living below in the Poplar plan and I was looking for a true townhome plan with no one above or below me. Despite all of this, if the stars align, I'll plan on moving here for my next residence for the vibes alone.

This review is strictly for the maintenance team. Jerome and Edgar are great! Each time I’ve had an issue, Jerome fixed it immediately and took care of anything else that he saw needed attention. The maintenance team overall are responsive, thorough, quick, and efficient. Thank you for everything!!
A service request (Light fixture) was reported to the Maintenance Dept. [Now for the Best part!!] Maint. Personnel Jerome Jacobs, responded to my request in a very professional manner, and promptly stated he would address it. The problem was perfectly FIXED in a very timely manner, without any leftover debris or necessary clean up.
