Really loved touring this place. Super clean and well maintained. Spacious units. It would be dope to snag one of the units facing the park. Leasing was super nice and communicative. They were really patient with me. If you like serenity and being near a park and you don’t mind stairs, this is a great option.
After living in a nightmare apartment complex in Lewisville, this place has been a total safe haven. It is well kept, luxury style, everything is top quality, but most importantly, THE MANAGEMENT TEAM IS AMAZING!!! They handle everything so efficiently and any issues are resolved within 24 hrs. There are so many community events (weekly at minimum) and I feel genuinely valued. I will be a loyal tenant here and every employee here needs a raise to make sure it stays just the way it is!
I’ve only lived in this apartment complex for a month, and my AC has already stopped working for the fourth time—today. We’re not even in the hottest part of the year yet. Each time, maintenance takes a while to respond, leaving me waiting in a room that’s 80°F or hotter. They fix it, but by the next day, it’s broken again.
Jerome came in and secured a lot of issues that were in the apartment. Mainly the AC which is the most important. He did it promptly. Made sure everything was good before leaving. Followed the instructions based on our request. And lastly provided some tips and advise to help. Need more people like Jerome.
