It's for college kids that are loud and ll is the best
This is a great place to stay as a college student. It is close to the downtown, about an 8 minute walk from the Trax station, and has two grocery stores within walking range. The HOA just re-built the covered parking areas around the lot, so it looks very clean in that area. As someone mentioned, snow removal is top priority in the mornings. Great association. Amazing location. Pool is fun. I bought a condo here for my boys a year ago and would do it again.
Well, I have spent many years here. It is an OK place. But it is depressing to live with so many people, without knowing who they are, without communicating with them. It has a swimming pool, open in summers, which I spent in Turkey, and so didn't have used much. But I heard, people bring dogs into it, so it is probably not super healthy.
