Was thinking to check this one for my next move…… but nope with all these negative reviews and roach problem!!!! No thanks will keep looking for something else.
DO NOT MOVE HERE!! Multiple of my friends live here and they are infested with roaches. The leasing office is so unhelpful and rude when you ask for help. Save your sanity and skip this horrible place on your apartment tours.
Just moved in recently and can already say I love the place and everyone has been very kind and not pushy about anything, I’m seeing some reviews about roaches I would recommend Advion roach gel it’s a bit pricey but I’ve never had roaches for that reason and so worth it, regardless liking everything about this place.
Literally the best place I’ve lived at!! I regret moving :( The only negative thing I can say is our goofy downstairs neighbors would constantly bang on the ceiling when we walked (emphasis on walked, just walking). The exterior was always clean, never had an issue with pests, PLENTY of space even in a one bed. Shout out to Anaja for helping us when we needed it!!
This community is a definitely a 5 star hands down! It’s so clean you’re always seeing the landscaping out cutting and trimming. The view is amazing and you get to see unique birds by the water. When it comes to management Corey is Top tier he is professional, friendly and down to earth. His work ethics shows through how the apts are well kept and maintenance is so prompt with requests.
