I’ve been living here for a few years and have had a great experience. The leasing office staff are friendly and helpful, and the maintenance team is attentive and responds quickly to any issues.
Corey the man at the front office denied animal control from enforcing the county laws on dogs off leash after my dog suffered bodily mutilating injuries from 1 of MULTIPLE off leash dogs. And this is not the first occurrence. Furthermore this is not permitted and against policy. Specifically Today is the fourth time I went to go walk my dog and I cannot in recents weeks.There is poop literally everywhere, the unit beside us lets his dog defecate inside the garage and sprays it out into the street leaving fecal matter in the... read more
This community is so perfect, been living here for a few years and the office staff is always attentive to my needs. The maintenance staff are quick to resolve the issues as well. The roaches are only for people who don't have clean units.
Anaja & Corey are such amazing people, very accommodating! The maintenance staff are very helpful & fast whenever it comes to usual apartment problems! Altogether it’s a great community :)
Everything has been great. From viewing the property, to move in. Completely easy and pain free. Only thing I'd probably change is the no trash pickup on two days, unfortunately humans can't be trusted to do what's right and be clean. Anaja was helpful from day one, direct provided everything I needed. When viewing the place, she didn't try to over sale me or bother me for that matter, this was huge for me.
