Literally the best place I’ve lived at!! I regret moving :( The only negative thing I can say is our goofy downstairs neighbors would constantly bang on the ceiling when we walked (emphasis on walked, just walking). The exterior was always clean, never had an issue with pests, PLENTY of space even in a one bed. Shout out to Anaja for helping us when we needed it!!
This community is a definitely a 5 star hands down! It’s so clean you’re always seeing the landscaping out cutting and trimming. The view is amazing and you get to see unique birds by the water. When it comes to management Corey is Top tier he is professional, friendly and down to earth. His work ethics shows through how the apts are well kept and maintenance is so prompt with requests. I called in Asking about availability and pricing and they Sounded like they didn’t want to be at work and Rush me off the phone
Don’t move here. I’ve had stuff stolen off my front door step multiple times by the valet trash ppl and the office or the trash ppl do nothing about it. The complex doesn’t even seem to care that they steal from the residents. Not to mention the reviews on the roaches is true. Lots of roaches no matter how clean you are!
