We have been here for almost 2 years now and LOVE IT! The fact that it is tucked away is a plus! Anaja and Corey are awesome if there is a problem it taken care of the next day or right there on the spot. Maintenance is great too and very friendly, it may take them a day or two if it is not an emergency but they are professional. As far roaches etc, we live in FLORIDA! Love this community—super safe, always clean, and tons of parking. The views of the water and trees are seriously beautiful. It’s close to USF but tucked away in such a quiet, green area. Some of the reviews mentioning roaches are honestly due to people not keeping their own spaces clean. It’s frustrating because the community itself is well-maintained. If you don’t take care of your place, of course you're going to have issues—don’t blame the property for that.
Update: Going on 6 years living here and wouldn’t change anything previously said. Community is in a great location, maintenance is professional and kind - and office staff are nothing but sweet and caring. The negative reviews below do not represent this community accurately. This place is low budget overcharge they use predatory tactics with local tow companies and other services where you end up paying out the nose. Most people in the area are completely inconsiderate of one another and do not care for other people's own personal space office does not do anything when complaints are issued definitely would not recommend living here for the prices that they post.
I debated for months before writing this review, but I’m at my wits end. The main reason is because the employees at the front office are nice and helpful, especially Corey. My complaint is that the floors/walls are thin and there isn’t enough action taken to reinforce the noise ordinance. I’ve made complaints in the past and even talked directly to the neighbors and the noise is ongoing.
