FIRST TIME RENTERS OR PEOPLE WITH NO OR BAD CREDIT, MOVE HERE!!!! My girlfriend and I have been living here for 6 months now. Sold our house in February and moved out end of March with high hopes for this community until our new house is built. We moved in April 1st, 2025 and most of the issues were “Landlord Special”. Painting over stuff or loose door handles and uneven striker plates, bent window screens that clack and bang if we have the windows open on a nice cool morning, and a busted bullnose; the stuff you expect. I can replace the horrible patch jobs on the walls and install new striker plates that’s no big deal. The detached vent from the ... read more

Rent is too high over here and the big white lady in the office with the fluffy white dog needs to lose the attitude. Im going to get agent Ratliff from OCDA to come rectify the situation shortly. He will be makin a visit.
