Rent is too high over here and the big white lady in the office with the fluffy white dog needs to lose the attitude. Im going to get agent Ratliff from OCDA to come rectify the situation shortly. He will be makin a visit.
The apartment complex is nice however a particular staff member may need training on resolving issues. There is never a need to give a tenant an attitude with no explanation on a complaint he/she knew nothing of. Respect goes a long way. The staff member looked to be a middle aged Hispanic woman. Please just give others the same respect you would want them to give you.
As we still currently live here, we hope there is no retaliation or grievances towards us based on this review. This is our honest opinion, based on everything we’ve experienced within this year. We generally like these apartments – they’re safe, quiet, with friendly neighbors, and secure package lockers. Everyone is very welcoming and helpful. The atmosphere is very relaxed and friendly. Our neighbors are very welcoming as well. Love it here!!!
Crystal has been amazing from the start, she gave us a wonderful tour, knew a lot of residents names and has been helpful with anything we need. We have been living here for almost 6 months. It’s been a wonderful experience so far. They are always taking care of the apartment complex, cleaning, landscaping and making sure everything is running smoothly. They do events for the residents all of the time, and all of them have been great. Everyone has been very nice, efficient, and the communication has been great.
