I just love The Preserve Westchase. The girls in the front office have been so great from day one. There's pleny of parking where my place is and I never hear my neighbors. The unit comes with a nice washer and dryer which was a real plus for me. I also really like the valet trash service. I've read some reviews on another site about people having issues with bugs but I've not seen a bug yet. I mean come on people - 1. It's Florida - there's lot of bugs in general 2.
