The apartment are new renovated with new wood floors. This is one of the main reasons we picked here. Mark was amazing and made the move into our first home together stress less. We highly recommend any Eagle Rock property.

The Preserve is a lovely, clean community surrounded by amazing greenery. Our townhouse is spacious and full of light. Although all of the units are connected, the homes are well built and sound proofed. Terrence, the rental agent, made all the difference in helping us to decide to move in almost 2 years ago. He was gracious and informative. We're very happy here.
