As a résident of thèse apartments I would certainly recommend them. I havé lived here for the last six years. The manager is very caring and likes to help every one The résidents are friendly and happy to support one another. We came here from Queensland and havé grown to love this area. It is very convenient by train , bus or car.
Mum has lived at Kirk Apartments since December 2023 and is extremely happy, not only with the beautiful apartment but also having access to Westfield Shopping Centre, Burwood Station, and the many restaurants and cafes which are only a short walk away from the apartment block. Kirk Apartments is a wonderful place to live and to share with its residents. It is a place that is kept very clean and organized, and it is also very warm. It has a great Leader and Manager, jand overall, I recommend this place to live; the atmosphere is very pleasant.
Kirk Apartments has provided a wonderful answer to our family's needs. Our parents are enjoying life in a safe, pleasant and accessible apartment, and have made good friends in the community. The staff are excellent, offering supportive and personal interactions at all times. Kirk Apartments is also well-situated, with an easy walk to shops, cafes and restaurants, as well as public transport. I really recommend this contemporary and community-minded retirement village if you are looking for solutions for your own family.
