Very poor customer service & bad products. We bought microwave & oven. It’s defective when we asked they said we will replace it. It’s been 6 months no replacement. They stop picking up our calls not replying to our messages. Beware before burying from them.
Excellent service! They delivered a wonderful appliance all the ay to Toronto. Everything was super easy and seamless! Highly recommend.

I don’t usually leave reviews but had to leave one in this case. The after sales service is absolutely non existent! Bought a new Samsung dishwasher but no hardware was delivered with it, so I couldn’t install it! After repeated efforts to contact them, they made no attempt to resolve the issue. Was eventually told to come and pick them up 3 weeks later and they would have the hardware ready for me. Do not, I repeat, do not even try to step your foot at this store, full of lies and deception. Zero honesty, scammers. Ordered a complete set of appliances, paid for delivery and installation, since August, they delivered a fridge that has a broken handle, and promised to replace/order a new handle, they do not pick up their calls, they promise a fake schedule, and they never show up, once they take your money, that is it, unto the next victim.
