We sold our home during a very quiet time in the market - between Thanksgiving and Christmas. We also had the outside of our home being painted by the HOA so the curb appeal while painting was taking place was horrific - but through all of that Lisa and her army of assistants scheduled a good number of showings and found us a buyer! Despite some testy moments through the process, Lisa and her team were calm, professional and always worked to find solutions.
They made it so seamless to get our house ready to sell! House sold and closed within a month of the house getting listed! Amazing!!!!!:)

Beth Ferguson is the best Realtor!! Very professional, prepared, great communicator, I could go on and on and on! It took us six years to finally be able to make the move to Georgia from Indiana. Beth was in it for the long haul and throughout those six years she was always checking in on us and answered a bunch of our questions. And she is just a nice person! If you don't hire Beth Ferguson as your Realtor you are missing out! Thank you again Beth for making our relocation easier!
