They treat you just like you’re a number and not a human being going through something. The scheduling staff were nice but their medical assistants clearly need sensitivity training. I was upset because the MA literally asked me “well how do you know you had a miscarriage?” While I’m trying to make it through this phone call trying hard not to dissolve into crying. I can’t believe they had the audacity to put this in MyChart where I could see. 10/10 would not recommend. I just wanted to avoid having to go to the ER for a 3rd... read more
Muy mala experiencia no la recomiendo
A literal dungeon. Switched from private insurance to Medicaid and they changed my office and doctor at 32 weeks pregnant. I do the switch and I don’t even want to go to my appts because the Medicaid office is disgusting. Staff(not the doctors), building, and equipment. They even have worse off equipment than 2nd st OB. Way to show what type of patients you want, Renown. Will NEVER recommend renown for obgyn care, ever. Wish Saint Mary’s never closed.
I love the doctors and the nurses here. All so sweet and caring but the front office staff can be so horrible! They NEVER and I mean never answer your calls. It’s so hard to get in contact with your doctors office for important medical matters. Wish this could change
