Good service and our primary dry cleaners in the GTA areaÂ
The owner is a huge irresponsible person with no business or customer service knowledge. They cut 2 of my dresses pratically in half and said they did what I asked! The seamstress measured the knee length, and I was wearing another dress at knee length for her to be sure where I needed the dress to be hemmed. I asked for a refund and he said he will not pay me back. He said the seamstress can sew it back! They charged me 80 to hem 2 dresses and the new dress was 129 puls tax! Great quality and service. I had accidentally left my cufflinks in my shirt when handing it over for dry cleaning and didn’t think they would be recovered when I saw they weren’t present at pickup. Preeners asked for a photo of the cufflinks and I received a call two weeks later that they had been recovered. I appreciated the extra effort.Â
