This review is for the Brontë Road location: terrible! Charged $55 to clean a plain duvet cover. Finally offered me the first time customer 10% discount which I was already eligible for. No explanation or apology for high cost. I called the Postmaster location and they quoted $45 for duvet cover. I called and emailed management to alert them of the discrepancy but got NO response. It’s not so much the money as the terrible attitude and lack of customer service here. I won’t be back.Â
