The owner is a huge irresponsible person with no business or customer service knowledge. They cut 2 of my dresses pratically in half and said they did what I asked! The seamstress measured the knee length, and I was wearing another dress at knee length for her to be sure where I needed the dress to be hemmed. I asked for a refund and he said he will not pay me back. He said the seamstress can sew it back! They charged me 80 to hem 2 dresses and the new dress was 129 puls tax!
