Someone was murdered on our property. I blame the management team and property. Long time tenant told that they won't renew my lease because I complain about all the issues at the property. DO NOT LIVE at The Prato at Midtown. CRIME: property crime and the leasing office will rip you off! Greystar is the new management company and this property is now horrible. The leasing staff are simply mean and go out of their way to make your living environment terrible. They might be okay when they're trying to get you to sign a lease but it's all a cover. You will be completely ripped off. I know multiple residents who get overcharged monthly because the leasing office is trying to covertly steal as much from residents ... read more
