Came in to order flowers and it turns out they were the place to do that. I believe I received more than what I paid for, so thats a bonus for me. Will probably shop here again.
I love supporting small businesses, especially as a small business owner myself. Even though I live in Texas, Heather at The Prairie Rose gets it right every single time. Her floral arrangements are always beautiful and perfectly matched to what I envision — even when I place last-minute orders! Heather goes above and beyond by sending photos before delivery and making sure everything is just right. I highly recommend The Prairie Rose to anyone, especially if you live out of state.
Flowers for the wife's birthday! Ladies whom I called answered any questions I had and were willing to substitute some flowers for Hyrdrengas (the wife's favorite). Needless to say she loved them! Asked for them to be delivered between 9-12, they met that window and I encountered 0 issues.
Disappointed! I ordered my grandma flowers two weeks ago to be delivered yesterday and the arrangement she received was nothing that I ordered. It looked liked a kid put it together. When I called they said they didn’t have the flowers that go in that arrangement…. Confused by this cause I ordered two weeks in advance how did they not have what was needed nor was I contacted about changes. I sent a photo of what she got and still haven’t heard anything back. I stopped in The Prairie Rose on my lunch hour today and Sherri cheerfully greeted me with a smile. They didn't have the type of flowers I was looking for, but Carrie suggested some peonies. She happily made a gorgeous arrangement for me and my office smells wonderful! Thank you ladies for a making my Monday!
