This company recently acquired the Manor Lantana complex in Lantana, FL, and immediately instituted policies that made the complex unsuitable for long-term residence. Amenities were reduced and if you don't pay your rent by the 2nd of the month, they block you from paying with your checking account, and instead force you to use Moneygram and pay that fee.

This junk firm purchased the apartment complex Tessa Springs and immediately began to take away amenities that were contractually obligated to residents per lease agreements. Now they have the audacity to expect residents to begin paying for community use items originally offered within lease agreements. Way to go and begin destroying what was once decent community
I live at Nova North Valley in Phoenix. It was a great luxury apartment complex until Praedium ruined when they bought it last year. It’s now an unsafe, filthy property heading downhill every day. I guess that’s the Praedium business model: take a great piece of real estate and turn it into a dump. Hard to see how you can make money doing it that way but Praedium seems to be committed to that strategy.
