I needed a wheel balanced before a trip the next day. Charles was able to get me in and was done in under 20 min. He even charged me less than he originally quoted over the phone because it took less time than he though it would, how many mechanics these days would do that. very honest and knowledgeable guy. He even called later to follow up and make sure the wheel was running smoothly, it was. I'll definitely go back to him for future service. Charles is a real stand up guy, could not be more satisfied with the service done to my bike. I only needed an oil change and a front tire switched and I called three other shops who all told me it would be at least a couple weeks before they could do that, then I found The Powersports Shop and told Charles about what I needed and he went well out of his way to stay after hours on a Friday night to accommodate me. That is true customer service! I would recommend this shop to anyone.
