Had to file a complaint with BBB..here is sound advice find another shop to repair your mowers and small equipment. Don't get mixed up with these folks they are incompetent. Business has a poor 3.9 review rating that is a Huge red flag. Their invoice system is a sheet of handwritten notebook paper! Look.at all the negative one star reviews.hey numbnuts the mower was never taken to any other shop so don't blame your shoddy work on them. Like your neighbor said avoid the power shop.

MISERABLE SERVICE! Did not provide satisfactory results. In our fun little adventure with these people we had them take our mower and ‘service’ it. We provided accurate customer complaint on the mower for power loss. While they tuned it up ie: replaced blades and belts They FAILED basic communication on the correction of our problem. What they should have done is contact us with their solution (Transmission replacement) What they did was only aforementioned tune up. Their site says they close at 5 pm, and does not say anything about needing an appointment, explained about being an over the road truck driver, who is gone for months at a time and the lady claimed to have business from other over the road truck drivers, showing no regard for other guests personal situation.
