For every negative review you have read about this company BELIEVE them. Very rude and unprofessional. Made a Friday appointment, at that time was told Friday with NO specific time given. They open at 9am supposedly, went there at that time, no one around, returned an hour later, again no one. Called at 11am, was THEN told for the FIRST TIME I had a 2 pm appointment, they wouldn't admit their mistake. Foolishly I took my item in need of repair there and was told to take my business elsewhere
Brought my push mower in and he fixed it on the spot. Great customer service and nice people.
It was refreshing to meet a professional that still has a passion for his craft and giving quality service. I would highly recommend this business. Not only did he repair my lawnmower but he also cleaned it up
I contacted S&M Lawn Services in the morning and they picked my mower up same day (at the time given) and returned it running and looking like the day I first bought and fired it up. My mower was trying to cut off each time I was cutting any part of my yard. Steve told me what the issues were repaired the mower and gave me sound advice on how to keep my mower running properly.
