Terry came out originally to just install an outlet, however, when he checked our panel box, there had been a major arcing, which necessitated our having our entire panel box replaced. Terry worked diligently and quickly, explaining as he went what he was doing and why, after we agreed to the job and price. He was extremely nice and thorough! We will definitely use him again when needed, and we will be giving out referrals to all we know who need electrical assistance.
