He even drove 45 minutes away to pick up a part and brought it back to finish the job on the same day and didn't charge extra for the trip. He always returned calls, was on time (actually early) and did everything he said he would with no surprises. He kept me informed of the problems found and the cost to repair. Very reasonable repair cost for all the work performed.
