The Power Connection quickly sent a qualified, factory-trained technician and promptly diagnosed and repaired our problem. These guys are knowledgeable and professional. I was surprised to pay such a low price for all of the work and parts necessary for my repairs. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE POWER CONNECTION.

He was very considerate and took the time to answer my questions and share with me his professional perspective on which options we should consider. I didn't feel rushed at all and he was very helpful, cordial, and knowledgable. Very impressed!
Best experience! Generator didn’t kick on Sunday during power outage. Answering service rep was very cordial and took all my info to pass on to the on-call representative. Within 15 minutes a knowledgeable gentleman, James, called me. I asked if there was something I could try rather than them having to come out and he knew his stuff! Breaker wasn’t thrown but told me exactly what to do and like a flip of a switch it was on. Wish all companies had service like this! Thank you James for great service
