Quoted a price to install an outdoor plug and then charged almost double. Made a mess and used a good washcloth from my bathroom and left it wadded up behind the sink.
Dan and his team were incredible. Dan had previously installed a breaker box at our house for a new hot tub. I encountered a very concerning situation with someone driving a silver “The Power Company” truck in Rockford (10 Mile Rd). As I slowed down with my blinker on to turn into my driveway, the driver approached at a high speed and didn’t appear to be paying attention. He slammed on his brakes and swerved towards the right shoulder to avoid rear-ending me. To avoid being hit, I had to keep driving past my driveway. Amazing company. Always on time, reasonable pricing and extremely high quality work. They reworked my main service, installed a sub panel and a hot tub. Nice approachable team and you can just tell they are honest. I didn’t tell them that my dad is a licensed electrician and I have a fair amount of experience myself. I admit I pulled the panel covers to see how particular they were. Picture perfect and installed with care. Big or small job, they treat them all the same.
