Don't work for the power barn place is terrible in service ripp people off then they fire you for no reason
Power Barn took a $631 order for a Shoei motorcycle helmet which they could not fulfil and did not issue a refund leaving me completely out of pocket. Avoid these criminals like the plague.
Not what I expected. I received half of the parts that were listed in the ad. I have reached out to them to see if they are going to send the rest of the parts, no response. Now I see why they were cheaper than other sellers. How am I supposed to do a complete tune up with only half the parts? Now I have to order missing parts from someone else which will end up costing me more than if I had gone with them to begin with. Buyer Beware!!!
Ordered a Shoei helmet with international shipping. Paid $631.14 via paypal. Order was cancelled by power-barn, and when contacted later the company said they would issue the paypal refund. No Paypal refund was sent and I only realised this when going through my statement after 6 months, after which time paypal did not care. Power-barn made no attempt to refund this amount - I can only say this seems to be intentional international fraud, certainly a company I hope noone has to ever deal with.
