I had a phenomenal experience going through the courses and private lessons offered here, with step-by-step instructions on handling both a handgun and a rifle. The classes are very in-depth, and the instructors (Michael Kelly and Jeanine) are amazing taking the time to make sure everything is understood. My husband (Physician) went in today with my two grandsons to purchase an AR15 and to practice shooting on the range with 3 guns we already own. The employee helping my family has no customer service or sales experience whatsoever. They weren’t allowed to shoot because they had shorts on. The employee also told them they didn’t having shooting shoes on. What are shooting shoes? Obviously we have experience going to shooting ranges and know the proper attire. Great intro class with Jeanine! Her passion for teaching and knowledge were super helpful. As a novice, I felt super comfortable. She also gave constructive feedback and tips which I appreciated. Staff was friendly and facility was clean/organized/safe! Will be back!
