Awful, awful, awful. I am shocked and surprised at the incompetence of the doctor and staff. Someone should report them to a regulatory board and shut them down!!!!!!!!!
This place did not meet my standards on any front.
My daughter's first appointment was made for their Dallas office. I sat there for an hour waiting and no one showed. When I called the main office, I was told the Dr. decided she was only going to travel to that office every other Tuesday instead of weekly. Nice. No one EVER called me to reschedule or tell me. Being a working parent, I had already taken the day off, and they said to bring her to Villa Rica and they could fit her in.
