We purchased our Big Green Egg from this store shortly after moving to the area. The employees were friendly and helpful. Gave us a good impression on the area. Great customer service. They have a lot of American made products! High quality stuff.
Yesterday, I needed a new ravioli cutter but they didn’t have any in stock. They have some ordered but it would be about a week. They asked me if I needed it that night and I said yes. They called to another store in town just up the street and they had one. Gronis Hardware. I did not even know they sold kitchenware. I also got a delicious cup of this caramel apple tea while I waited for them to make the call. This is how you do customer service.
I love this store! Service is impeccable and always given with a smile! It’s the only place to go for everything related to the kitchen!
