Carlos and Aaron are committed to getting you to feel better. It’s a different approach than PT, massage therapy or chiropractor adjustments. Through active stretching and active muscle stimulation, Carlos has been able to improve my posture and eliminate what’s been nagging me for many years. It takes work and repetition - I tried a lot of different things before finally finding what works.
I've been attending individual and group sessions at Posture Lab for 3 months, but after just 15 minutes, I could tell that it was unlike any other treatment. It's helped immensely with chronic shoulder, neck, and back issues, and made me more aware of how my body works. There are few other investments (an individual session is about the cost of a massage, when you buy them in a package) that yield such a dramatic health benefit. You only have one body and one life--don't spend it hurting.
