The Posture Bar has been a God send for me. Mary Wang has a wealth of knowledge about the human body and movement. Her teaching method is gentle with precise modifications to meet my body's needs. The studio is clean and comfortable. Her husband Dr. Tim Wang has helped to correct my posture and the mechanics of my movement with ART and chiropractic manipulation. Together they are the complete package. I would recommend them to all my friends and family.
Loved my class at The Posture Bar. Mary is so friendly, and accommodating she seems to really love her business and the clients she serves. I took Kelly's class and she was awesome. Funny and engaging and kept a close eye on all of the participants to make the class enjoyable for everyone. Looking forward to my next class!

I can't say enough good things about Posture Bar and Mary Wang. I am in love with the classes and completely schedule my meetings and life around going to Posture Bar because I simply cannot miss a class. Mary is not only an amazing teacher who takes the time to customize the exercises to your needs-she is one of the kindest people I have ever met. Posture Bar is a wonderful little community- super-friendly group of people attend the classes and you always leave feeling 100 times better than when you walked in.
