My son and his girlfriend stayed there last night to celebrate their anniversary, and I called the pastry shop that's downstairs in the hotel to have some desserts sent up to them as a gift. In order for me to pay with my card, they had to email a form over for me to fill out. I was having trouble with it (MY fault, not theirs whatsoever) and the manager was so kind that she comped the desserts I chose and sent them up anyway as a congratulations.
