Attended a corporate event but still experienced a level of service and attention to detail that was extraordinary. From the moment I handed the keys to the valet through to when he handed them at the end of my visit I was thoroughly impressed. The Hotel lobby was immaculate for such a high traffic area and the corporate room was too. Next time I will make a stay of it and get the full experience!
Everything in this hotel is wonderful, and the service is generally of a very high standard - except for housekeeping. They are extremely loud in the corridors from 10 a.m. all day long, talking to each other very loudly, singing, and slamming doors. On top of that, I always leave tips, but even that doesn’t seem to improve their service. They don’t leave the vanity kit or water, and they’re too lazy to arrange the pillows properly. Definitely, they need more training.
Stayed here in early December and my wife had her wedding ring stolen from the room. The police has subpoenaed the hotel 3 times now and they are not cooperative. There is definitely some shady business going on here. Please stay elsewhere. Update the hotel as of Feb 10th is still not cooperating, they are definitely trying to cover this up. rooms are fabulous. really well decorated with all the amenities you can think of. very large as well. Great pool and spa. you can get a day pass for $40 and use the sauna/steam room/jacuzzi at the spa. walking distance to high end dining and shopping. the only thing was at check in the woman who checked me in had a really strong accent and I couldn't understand her. other than that everything was 5 stars!!
