People rave about the Post Oak. In my expense while they do a very nice job at large dinners and events, the one consistent failure is the valet. Yes large events are hard, and yes everyone leaves at the same time. But every time , every time the valet is slow. The promised 20 min wait is over 50 and the entrance resembles disorganized chaos with no flow or thought. Managers are non existent and that may be part of the issue. Given its reputation and desire to standout - in this case it does, for all the wrong reasons.
