What a lovely place!
I am extremely disappointed with my stay and the way my concerns were handled. When I checked into my room, the temperature was already at 68°F. I immediately lowered the thermostat to 60°F and kept the drapes closed for the entire day to help cool the room. However, by 11:00 PM, the room temperature was still 68°F. I contacted the hotel technician, who informed me that the air conditioning system does not cool below 68°F.
