These people are the most rude people. Their customer service and attitudes are horrible😡
I mailed a letter on August 15 2019 today is August 22 2019 and my letter has NOT reached it's destination in West Sacramento CA. Spoke to a man who answered the phone at the post box and he told me my mail has most likely rerouted to where I ask he replied Florida? the first and the last time I use the post box to mail out a letter. The post box gets NO stars from me.
I have used their services multiple times for shipping, packaging and faxing. They were great each time. I can highly recommend them.
