I appreciated how thorough and understanding the clinicians were during my assessment process. They took the time to explain everything clearly.
I loved my experience, however the cost was a lot. If I didn't have insurance, I would not have been able to afford to get the help that I so desperately needed. Not sure if they have a plan for low-income people, but if they don't, they should consider one as it is very difficult to hang onto a job without proper diagnosis and treatment.
The team at Possibilities Clinic was incredibly supportive and professional throughout the entire process. Every question I had was answered clearly and I always felt listened to during appointments.
This organization assisted me through my beginning journey from Diagnosis, Testing, and providing suggestions, supports next steps and even further education. The staff members I dealt with were very professional, resourceful and kind. Thank you
This is a for profit business so unfortunately after being directed here by my FD I’ve felt a little mislead by this clinic. If you can afford to pay for their “treatments” perhaps they are worth it but I couldn’t and feel they care mostly about profit rather helping individuals. As well as my assessment I paid them to fill out my DTC and instead of just sending me the document to upload told me they sent it to CRA on my behalf which upon investigation months later had never happened.
