Possibly one of the worst experiences we have had trying to get help for my daughter with Tourettes. The clinicians availability is abysmal, they make promises to send notes, work for our child to complete between sessions and answer questions, but never send anything. It can take weeks to get an appointment (if you are lucky), staff never return phone calls and finding anyone within the organization to answer any of your questions or concerns is nearly impossible. I am astounded by how little they care for their patients.
Always there when needed and very helpful. Definitely would recommend if you need help! From the office to the doctor, they make it happen. When you’re not feeling right, they really do care! Thank you so much to the team at Possibilities Clinic — you’re the best!!
