Hope is amazing. She isn't just there to do her 'job'. Be it pilates, lymphoedema massages, general massages etc. She really cares about your overall health and wellbeing. Hope takes the initiative to find other ways, services, specialists etc. to help all of us breast cancer survivors get the treatments that may assist is our recovery. The Positive Health Project has a specialised set of services which I have had the privilege of using during my cancer treatment. Hope has provided therapy, support and guidance along my whole journey from the very beginning, which has helped me tremendously. The Pilates Reformer class has vastly improved my quality of life by helping me recover from surgery, becoming physically and mentally stronger and dealing with the many side effects of treatment.
