I ordered flowers to send my condolences and the flowers were not as advertised. Much smaller than expected and my name was incorrectly spelt on the card. Seemed like the whole thing was extremely rushed. Considering the cost I’m extremely disappointed. Response to the reply: I appreciate the clarification regarding the arrangement. My. name was spelt wrong again in the reply to my review so as a costumer it just feels very inattentive.
I'm deeply disappointed. The flowers look nothing like the Fond Remembrance Tribute that I ordered, plus they didn't come in a white vase as in the picture on the website. They were all pale anemic colours and no snapdragons or daisies from what I could see. Haphazard display. Delivery was good.
I recently had the pleasure of ordering from The Posh Posy, and I can't speak highly enough about the entire experience! This is the second time we've used the Posh Posy to send a gift basket to our youngest at Lakehead when they couldn't make it home for the holidays. The website is easy to use, lots of options available, the gift basket matched (and then some!) the photos, and everything was delivered on time. This is our kid's last year at Lakehead, but I'm sure we'll be using this company a few more times before graduation!
