I was in the process of selling my home and wanted to downsize. I was calling around different communities just browsing.I then called The Portofino and has the pleasure of speaking with Dexter. He was very nice and made me felt like I knew him for years. He scheduled a tour. When entering the leasing office Dexter stood up and greeted me. He was very knowledgeable about the property. I went with my friend, Ms. Michelle, who was looking for an apartment. We were greeted by Dexter, one of the leasing agents. He was sooo NICE! Dexter was very informative and answered all of our questions. He took us on a tour of the property and had us laughing the entire time. Because of Dexter, Portofino jumped to the top of Ms. Michelle's list.
I applied for a one bedroom apartment and I had the kindest people to help me through my process, Dexter, Jessica and Marisol, very kind and patient and very professional. I asked questions and received answers , they are expedient in process.
