Jessica and Dexter were very helpful to my mom while applying
I'm satisfied living here but some things need to change as this suppose to be senior living. Other wise I'm fine here
Moved in refrigerator wasn't working, 2 days later they brought a different one, so far so good. Maintenance is over worked and poorly trained, if any training is had
I'm glad to be back Portofino family, you will never see cluttered trash carts full of trash on this property while I'm here, I'm terribly sorry that you had to experience this mess, I'm cleaning this place up back to immaculate little by little, p.s your local porter Ray Jimenez jr
