Terrible customer service.
Large showroom and friendly staff
Terrible customer service! They don't want to take the blame when they make a mistake. They feel it's ok to have an 89 year old woman ok a custom sink without her having her contractor look at it first! I wish no stars were an option instead of having to put 1! If you want professionals with good customer service give Vernon Winnelson!
Needed a trip lever for an American Standard toilet. Despite being an American Standard distributor they had only a universal part available. (I've never seen a universal part work properly on an American Standard product.) The counterman had no interest in determining and ordering the correct part. A 15 minute drive to WinSupply in Manchester was well worth the time. They ordered the correct part and got it overnight. For customer service Shephard gets 1 star, WinSupply gets 5.
