I had my lower eyelids done by Dr. Portuese, this was a procedure I had been wanting for years. My lower eyelids were puffy and looked tired. Dr. P. is meticulous, kind, and funny! He sets you at ease in his Portland office with a wry smile. What separates him from all the others doing facial plastics is his rhinoplasty skill. Many non-plastic surgeons take on liposuction, filler injection, lasers, even breast augmentation and facelifts; but no one takes on the nose.
