The maintenance crew is amazing. Last week, our garage door opener died and my husband placed a work request at about 10:00 pm. We went out at about 8:30 the next morning - it had been repaired. This level of responsiveness is not unusual; Drew, Mark, and “Moose” are always pleasant and ready to help.
I came in today at 10 AM simply to ask if there happened to be any walk-in availability for a tour. I wasn’t expecting the answer to be yes and completely understood that an appointment might be required—I was just kindly inquiring. Unfortunately, I was met with complete rudeness from the leasing agent who was there. It was a very disappointing first impression, especially as a prospective resident genuinely interested in the property.
After being settled into The Port House for a few weeks now, I can genuinely say I couldn’t be happier with my decision to live here. The apartment itself is phenomenal—the finishes, layout, natural light, and overall quality make it feel much more elevated than a typical apartment community. We’ve absolutely loved living at The Port House over the past two years! The team here is truly amazing. Micaela made leasing our first apartment so easy, Riley and Madeline have always been so helpful and welcoming, and our puppies have loved it here too! A huge shoutout to the maintenance team, both Drew’s and Mark, who are always so quick and reliable whenever we need anything.
