The front desk secretary NEVER pick up the phones.. you'll be waiting for at least 25 plus minutes to reach someone. Its ridiculous.
This place is soo ran down nowadays. Been going here since I was a kid. I don’t think anything has changed, atleast for the better of the patients.. dr kald has been our family doctor for many years. Every year she gets worse and worse bed side manners. Had enough of her and the facility. I’d assume this is close to what care feels like in a third world country
Worst clinic. No access to doctor, can’t book appointments online and they don’t answer phones, secretary is always not available
Absolute garbage, can't make a call, can't book online, wait forever. Such is healthcare in Thunder Bay, ON, CA. Just pay your taxes and die.
