I got a referral from my family doctor to see an ent specialist, when I called to see when roughly I would be seen I was told there is no referral sent by the receptionist Ingrid. She was very rude and laughed in the phone saying she doesn’t know what I’m talking about. I then brought the referral paperwork to the office and when I arrived I could hear Ingrid in the back office saying my name and gossiping about me. I had a terrible experience with Dr Dudars receptionist Betty. After a few phone calls speaking to this woman I couldn't handle it anymore and my family Dr referred me Dr Novak. She tries to diagnose your health condition on the phone and tell you what to do without speaking to the Dr. When you push back and ask questions she gets defensive. Absolutely unacceptable. No idea why her ego is so inflated, or why she is so miserable. This is about patient care not whatever is wrong with her
Why does the web site say you are open at 8:30am but when you call the message says you open at 9:00am.
I love this clinic as a patient of Dr. Negro, he is a great Dr, his care and skills for his patients go above and beyond, I am blessed to have him as my Cardiologist. Thank you Dr.Negro for taking such great care of me.
