Dr. Coccimiglio's receptionist actually told me they can't leave messages for patients because they have "too many patients." A family member who is very ill had been waiting for a call from the office, missed the call, and there was no voicemail, no follow-up call, nothing. To make matters worse, we were told that a requisition had been sent to the hospital three weeks ago, but when we followed up with the hospital, they had never received it. Omg! Seriously they need to answer their phones. I waited 12mins ( the eye doctor ) until i had to hang up. They need to put some kind of info on time or dates their actually open.
I think something must have happened, I have been trying to call Dr. Nucci for weeks, pressing 2 every 3 seconds to stay on the call that never seems to reach anyone. I'm defeated its been this hard to get an appt. Please fix the response time if you can, healthcare is hard enough to access as it is. Kindly.
