I am extremely disappointed with the care my 94-year-old grandmother has received from Dr. Bilal. As family members, we are trying to advocate for our family members health and well-being. May 20th 2026, spent hours waiting for a secretary to pick up no answer. May 21st 2026 called right at 9:00am was told the secretary is unavailable for the entire day. How’s this allowed? Dr. Coccimiglio Stop taking more patients when you can’t even handle the ones you already have. This is absolutely insane and needs to be looked into. I wish I could rate this lower than 1 star. Should be ashamed treating people like this.
May 20th 2026 waited over 2 hours on the phone to talk to a secretary and they hung up on me without warning. I just needed to get my prescription renewed.
Secretary refuses to answer phone, one of the most disorganized clinics I’ve ever seen in my life. It looks like you walked into a building stuck in 1993.
