Was worried about finding a family doctor and ended up getting Dr.Bilal. She is a awesome doctor, she takes the time to listen and will order appropriate testing if needed. She is very kind and i am very lucky to have her as a doctor. Only thing i wish is that you could book online with her, they only have one doctor listed to book online for and i find that more convenient as calling you never get through or else are on hold for a very long time and whem your working you dont have the extra time to sit and wait on hold, etc... read more
They don't answer their phones, it is impossible to rebook appointments, and even if you call 50+ times, they laugh as if you taking time out of your day and not reaching them is hilarious.
Went for an appointment, it was rescheduled, the reception downstairs made a snark noise at me for not having my health card on my person. Then she insisted I received their letter 3 weeks ago and showed me the letter as "proof" and this whole interaction was delivered with a passive aggressive tone. We called her out and she went, "Oh, yeah, it was returned." She acknowledged we didn't receive it only after we called her out and said she couldn't call me. (?) Thank you for always taking good care of patients even if the wait is long, it is worth it!
The front desk secretary NEVER pick up the phones.. you'll be waiting for at least 25 plus minutes to reach someone. Its ridiculous.
