I just started my weight loss journey, the amount of support from Dr. Michelle has been truly so wonderful. I am less than a week in, I have lost over 6 lbs! The meal plan for the active phase is so easy to follow and giving myself the injections are easy. I believe that with the support of this amazing Dr and team and a desire to be successful in this journey YOU will SHED the weight and inches.
I recently had my first appointment with Dr. Daiana. I was not sure of what to expect because this was my first experience working with a Naturopath. I can tell you that it has been life changing for me. Dr. Daiana took the (lengthy) time to listen to all my health concerns and come up with a plan that addresses each one. Her sensitivity, empathy and knowledge was very evident. I would highly recommend her and the Poppy Clinic to anyone!
I attended the Poppy Clinic initially meeting with Dr. Lisa who was wonderful, she also ran a meditation session that was amazing. Based on this positive experience I signed up for the Rebel Tribe but overall found it a disappointing experience. Daiana Castleman is personable, compassionate and was efficient at getting to the root of our symptoms. She was able to help us improve the lifestyle of our daughter's with a natural/organic approach. We saw improvements immediately. We highly recommend Daiana.
