Parted ways with Rick today. Been a customer for almost ten years and have had multiple problems with service either being sloppy or not even done which I attribute to a lack of quality monitoring and pride in their work. We have used the pool tender for about a year, when we were told that the service person cleaned our pool under the solar cover, although he clearly did not. Then, we checked the chemicals, and they were completely off, although the service person claimed to have put the chemicals in just a few days earlier. My complaint email was not answered, and after about another week, I got a very friendly phone call saying that they will send me a check to make up for the work that was not done the last months.
